Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our team immediately begins processing your order.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Transit Time: Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
Order Shipment
After your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- Tracking details will be provided within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.
- If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@havenpatio.com.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the USA and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Options

Curb-Side Pickup (Free)
- This is our standard shipping option, which delivers your order to your doorstep.
- Transit time: 5–7 business days.

Threshold Shipping
- Your item will be delivered to a sheltered location, such as a porch or garage.

White Glove Delivery
- Includes delivery to your room of choice.
- Minor assembly is included (saunas excluded).
- All packaging materials will be removed from your home.
